Hardness tester closes the loop 01/03/2007

The ZHU-topLine hardness tester from Zwick handles test loads from1 to 250kg (9.81 to 2,452N). During its development, special emphasis was placed on high operating and measurement convenience.

Designed for hardness tests according to Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell and other procedures, the machine has advanced digital zoom optics and closed loop technology for automatic load application. It connects directly to Zwick’s proprietary testXpert software
An image processing system is available for fully automatic evaluation of indentations. Other options include a turret and motorised compound table.
